記事コピー通知プラグイン「Check Copy Conetnts」

ブログの記事って思った以上にコピペされています。それはパクリかも知れないし、引用されるのかも知れないし、ツイートで部分的に拾われたのかも知れません。
けれど少なくともサイトを見てくれた人でないとコピーはしないので、コピーされた事が通知されればサイトが賑わっているかどうかを感じる指標にはなりえます。
そういう意味でもインストールオススメなのが「Check Copy Contents(CCC)」です。

Check Copy Contents(CCC) — WordPress プラグイン

このプラグイン、結構細かく設定できます。Wordpressの管理画面の設定＞CCC設定でパラメータ指定できます。
設定できる項目は以下の通り。

通知先のメールアドレス

コピーされた時の通知先のメールアドレス。どんな内容が送られてくるかは後で。

通知メールの件名

通知メールのタイトル。デフォルトは「Blog copy notification」で送られます。メール振り分けするのに便利なフラグを付けるのもありですね。

通知メールのアドレス

一応no-reply@ドメイン名、というアドレスが指定されていますが、サーバの設定により変わります。

感知する文字数

何文字コピーされたら通知するか、のパラメータ。30がデフォルト。

ログインユーザーの時の通知

ログインしているユーザ、つまり登録ユーザーがコピーしたときも通知するかしないか、です。多人数で1つのWordpressを使っている場合は使う意味があるかもですが、一人で管理している場合はオフにしてもいいかも。デフォルトは「通知する」です。僕はそのまま使ってます。

Google Analytics

Google Analyticsのイベントとしてコピーをトラッキングするか、の設定。メールで溜まっても時系列で見れないし・・・という方は使うといいでしょう。
どちらにせよデフォルトONです。

通知メールの内容

実際に送られてきた通知メールの内容はこんな感じです。

リンククリックしないでコピーするとは・・・ｗ
そしてGoogle検索結果から来た、というのもわかりますね。

これでコピペ盗用を調べる、というのもアリですが、それよりも「コピーが多いサイトは盛り上がってる」と捉えて、この部分が注目されてるんだな、といった分析に使ったほうが健康的な気はします。このサイトはそんなに頻度ないですが、別で運用しているそれなりにトラフィックがあるサイトでは1日何回もこの通知メールが飛んできます。
という感じでWebマーケティング的に使うのはどうでしょう？
