ついに社長も登場。必死のZaif事業承継同意のお願い
仮想通貨事業でやらかしてしまったZaifですが、まだ毎日お願いメールが来ています。
そしてついに今日、社長のお願いが来ました。

ご承諾頂いた皆さまの期待に応えられるよう、新生Zaifは様々な取り組みを企画しております。あなたのご承認を心よりお待ち申し上げております。
ちょっとやらかしてごめんなさい感に欠けるなぁ・・と思ったら、事業譲渡先のフィスコ側の社長さんなんですね、これ。
Zaifの社長はどうした・・・？と思いながらも、度重なるやらかしに一度の会見もしないで逃げ切った方なので、まぁこういうところには出ないですね・・・。
僕だけじゃなくてこのメールのタイトルのウォッチャーはネットにかなりいるようで、Twitterでも盛り上がってます。

これ、事業承継の同意をしないと預入資産の保証ができない、など色々な問題があるようですが、したらしたで損害賠償請求権放棄とかもあるようで・・・かなりの力業ですね。
#Zaif 事業譲渡の承諾について自分用メモ
・債務は全てフィスコに継承
・11/21まで承諾手続きをしないと仮想通貨は返金されない
・承諾したら損害賠償の請求（遅延利息とか）等はできない
・仮想通貨入出金やMONA取引再開時期は不明（恐らく11/22の事業譲渡以降

そしてどうやらZaif運営元のテックビューロからフィスコへの事業売却の金額は、この事業承継に同意した会員の数で決まるようだ、ということがわかりました。
フィスコ側から出ているこの事業譲渡についてのPDFです。
この中にある「(4) 譲渡価額及び決済方法」を見ると、
とあり、結果的に何人同意したかで譲渡金額が決まるようです。
だから途中からメールマーケティングになっちゃったんですね・・・ｗ
なんかユーザー置いてけぼりの論理で物事進んでる気がしないでもない・・・。
追記：「何卒お願いいたします…」懇願バージョンも来た！
社長登場のあと、大切なお知らせ、という金融機関のDMみたいなアオリで来たあと、今日はついに懇願バージョンで来ましたｗ
