毎朝のZaif承諾同意メールの配信時間がちょっとずつ早くなっている
仮想通貨取引所として色々やらかしてしまいながら、先日の流出でついにフィスコに事業譲渡となりました。
ここまでもなかなか色々と事件が起こってましたね・・・。
ここまで色々とやらかしてたのか・・・ｗ
さてフィスコへの譲渡についてユーザーに承諾を促すメールが毎朝きています。
僕のところにも来ているんですが、よく見るとその承諾を促すメールの受信時間がちょっとずつ早くなってきてるんですね・・・ｗ
この承諾同意メールの1発めは10月22日(月) 14:59。
そして10月25日(木) 9:11に「＜重要＞承諾同意に関するお手続きのお願い」という件名で再送されます。
日頃より仮想通貨取引所『Zaif』をご利用いただきましてありがとうございます。
本メールはまだ弊社からフィスコ仮想通貨取引所への承継同意に関してお手続きをいただけていないお客さまにお送りしております。
先日お送りいたしました、承継同意に関するお手続きのお願いはご確認いただけましたでしょうか。
いえ、確認してませんでした・・・ｗ
そのまま放置しておくと毎朝「再送：＜重要＞承諾同意に関するお手続きのお願い」のタイトルで来るようになりました。
日頃より仮想通貨取引所『Zaif』をご利用いただきましてありがとうございます。
*本メールは本日時点で弊社からフィスコ仮想通貨取引所への承継同意に関してお手続きをいただけていないお客さまにお送りしております。入れ違いですでに承諾を頂いておりましたら申し訳ございません。

11/22よりZaifの運営が弊社からフィスコ仮想通貨取引所が変更になります。この変更に際してお客さまにご同意をお願いしたくご連絡をさせていただいております。
「Zaifの運営が弊社からフィスコ仮想通貨取引所が変更になります。」という文がいまだに謎ですが、このちょっと不自由な文章のメールが毎朝きます。
その時間を見てみると・・・
10月27日(土) 9:12 (4 日前)
10月28日(日) 9:00 (3 日前)
10月29日(月) 8:58 (2 日前)
10月30日(火) 8:48 (1 日前)
・・・とちょっとずつ早くなってきているんですｗ
今日31日は8:48でした。
これって未同意の顧客リストを8:00だか8:30だかにバッチで走らせて自動で送ってるんでしょうねぇ・・・。で、同意された分だけ僕へのメールの送信順位が繰り上がって受信が早くなるという・・・。
昨日と今日では同じ時間になっていますが、これってほとんどの人が同意が終わったのか、それともここから先は1分縮めるのに1週間かかるくらいみんな同意しないのか・・・ｗ
Zaifの担当者には悪いですがしばらく様子を見ようと思います。

さて、その後ですが・・・11/2から同じタイトルのメールでくる形から件名見出しを入れ替える方法に変りｓました。送信時間は10時台で一気に遅くなりました。
11月2日以降のメールのタイトルですが・・・

と【】のアオリを毎日変える感じになっています。
本文も変更されていて、「度重なるご連絡、誠に恐れ入ります。11/22よりZaifの運営が弊社から株式会社フィスコ仮想通貨取引所に変更になります。この変更に際して10月22日からお客さまにご同意をお願いしておりますが、この度、ご承諾のお手続きを大幅に簡素化いたしました。
下記のリンクをクリックいただきますと、承諾同意画面が表示されますので、ご承諾のお手続きをお願い申し上げます。」
というものに。
そして「ご承諾頂きましたお客様には、1000ZAIFトークンをお礼と致しましてお送りさせて頂きます。」という・・・すでに承認した顧客にもプレゼントする方針のようです。

なんか事業承継の承認が途中からコンバージョン重視のメールマーケティングになってきたような感じですね・・・。
