PayPayポイント取消祭り？相当数のユーザーのポイントが残高付与取り消しに
昨年のPayPay祭りで還元された100億円分のポイントが10日から付与されてPayPay祭り第2段か？と思いきや、一部のユーザーでは残高付与の取消になっているようです。

paypay最悪だ！全額返金がすべて取消になってる。マジで、前のiphoneの残債が無くなったから、年末だしiphone xrに切り替えるタイミングでドコモからソフトバンクにMNPで切り替えたら、これ複数アカウントとしてカウントされてるんじゃね！

妻と私それぞれのクレカ、それぞれのスマホでpaypay登録。妻支払い時にうまく決済できなかったから、私のスマホで再ログインして決済。

この残高付与の取消は不正対策の一環として行われているようですが、
この人は携帯乞食(転売屋)なので付与取消は妥当に思います

・本人以外の名義によるカードの使用
・複数アカウントによるPayPay決済
・全額キャッシュバック狙いの商品返金を繰り返す悪質購入者

PayPayボーナスが取り消しになる場合として以下があげられています。
- 対象となるお支払いをキャンセルし、返金を受けた場合
- 取引やキャンセルの状況により不正行為が行われたと当社が判断した場合
- 付与される前に、対象のPayPayアカウントが停止または削除された場合
- 当社の利用規約に違反する行為があった場合、またはそのおそれがあると当社が判断した場合
- 複数のPayPayアカウントで付与を受けたことが確認された場合
#PayPay 取消で可能性があるもの
・本人外カード利用
・複数アカウント間で同一カード番号を設定した。
・同じ本体でアカウントを変えてログインした
Yahooアカウントと連携した場合
・Y垢使い回し
・Y垢登録の名前(銀行口座名/登録名)との相違
・Y垢紐付けのSB/YM回線の名義との相違このへんかな

paypay取消の件。複数アカウント同一クレカは登録のみ利用履歴なしでも取消対象となっている様子。その確認が付与前に行われたのであれば、使用後登録カードの整理をした人はセーフなのか？取消喰らわなかった思い当たる知人がいるので確認してみよう…

paypay取消の件で、家族名義のカード使った人（クレカ側でもアウトだと思うし、複アカと判定されるだろうし）、複アカの人はだめだと思うけど、不正していない人まで取り消されてるのが謎。

一部真っ当に使っていたにも関わらず取消になっている人もいるようですが、基本「家族のカードで決済」「複数アカウントで利用」あたりでPayPayボーナス付与取消になっているケースが多そうですね。
