通常配送選択で30ポイント付与。Amazonがプライム会員向けに
Amazonをはじめとしたネット通販には欠かせない宅配便が配送能力の限界を試されている状況はご存知の通りですが、Amazonがプライム会員向けに通常配送選択で30ポイント付与する、という施策を試験的に始めました。
商品購入時に配送オプションで”通常配送”を選択することでポイントプレゼント。
お客様が”お急ぎ便”での配送を必要としない場合に本キャンペーンをご利用いただくことで、ポイントを獲得することができます。プライム会員向け配送特典では当日お急ぎ便・お急ぎ便・マケプレお急ぎ便が無料になりますが、本キャンペーンでは通常配送を選ぶことでポイントを獲得することができます。
こちらはAmazon.co.jp発送の商品限定で、マーケットプレイスは対象外。期間は10/31-11/4とかなり短いのですので試験的に行っていると思われます。
これからクリスマス商戦に入るところでクリスマスプレゼントが指定日に届かない、という状況を避けるため、というのが目的かもしれません。
けど・・この施策、恒常的にやったらいいと思うんですよね。30ポイントじゃなくても5ポイントでもなんでもいいので。あと複数個頼んだ時にまとめて発送をすることにもインセンティブをつけるといいと思います。

Amazonで複数個買い物をした人はお分かりの通り、配送は「準備できたら都度発送」と「できるだけまとめて配送」とあります。
通常Amazonプライム会員に入っているユーザーは、早く届けてもらう為に年会費払ってる意味もあって、都度発送してもらってると思うのですが、3個口を1つにまとめる事ができれば宅配業者は大助かりな訳です。
普通にプライムで注文したあと宅配ボックスに複数個ダンボールが入ってたりするのでこれが前々から無駄だなぁ・・と思っていました。同日配送だからいいものの、これが日が分かれると配送業者さんはうちに2回来ることになるわけで・・・。
ヤマト運輸が打ち出している総量規制は個数の手間の削減の話なので、配送を遅らせるのは実はあまり配送業者負担が減る話ではないと思っていて、どうせなら複数個注文をまとめて発送する指定をすることにインセンティブを設けたほうがいいと思います。
最初のうちは注文したら翌日、はやけりゃ当日届くお急ぎ便も驚きはありましたが、Prime Nowだともっと速いですし、緊急じゃない注文に関しては遅らせるよりまとめるほうが効率がいいと思うんですがどうでしょうね？

このキャンペーン、そこそこ好評だったと思うのですが、結局終わっちゃったんですかね？

年が明けてからはあまり運送業の問題はニュースにもなってないので、喉元すぎればなんとやら、という感じなんでしょうか？
結局おまとめ割的なものは出なかったですが、僕は結構通常配送やおまとめ発送はお願いするようにしています。
