気がついたらGoogleマップにテイクアウトやデリバリーの情報が追加できるようになっていました。

Googleマップにテイクアウト可能の情報を追加する方法
新型コロナ下の状況でGoogleマップ掲載の飲食店にテイクアウトやデリバリーの情報をローカルガイドが追加できないことにすごく不満だったのですが、気がついたらできるようになっていました。
これまではマップでたまに出てくる質問形式の回答で分別していたようですが、これだとそこを訪れた事があるローカルガイドだけになってしまい、今回のコロナ禍のなかでは全部を網羅できる情報にはなりませんでした。それがついに誰でも追加できるようなインターフェイスになっています。
Googleマップのテイクアウト・デリバリー情報の追加
個人的にはずっとその情報を追加してあげたい、老夫婦がやられている銘店のお店が近所にあったのでこの変更は助かります。サンプルとして蒙古タンメン中本でやってみますね。
普通に蒙古タンメン中本を表示させます。渋谷だとTOHOシネマズの地下にあるんですよね。
マップの下部に表示される詳細タブを引き出すとこういう画面構成になっているのはおなじみですね。概要、メニュー・・・とある一番右に「情報」というタブがあります。こちらを選択。
従来この場所はGoogleマイビジネスでコントロールする仕様になっていて、Googleのローカルビジネスのマップ上の重要な場所だったのですが、ここに「この場所の説明」という編集可能っぽいボタンが追加されています。
実際に開いてみるとこういった画面になります。蒙古タンメン中本はテイクアウトも宅配もやっているんですね。基本的に出ている特徴タグはマップで質問で出てくるものとリンクしているようです。
「おいしいヘルシーメニュー」とか「クラフトビールの品揃えが豊富なお店」とか、なかなか蒙古タンメン中本には不利なタグばかりですね。すでに「お茶の種類が豊富」「テラス席がある」「飲み放題」はバツになっています。ぱっとみてとりあえず「イートイン」、つまり店舗での飲食についてはできるのでそこだけオンにして送信しておきました。
これで基本的にはOKですが、反映は質問と同様、ある程度ローカルガイドの回答が集まってからのようです。おそらくここで更新された内容を質問で聞いていったりするんでしょう。
にしてもこの形でGoogleマップのコロナ対応系の情報が更新できるようになったのはすごいことだと思います。
