Googleマップのクチコミに「テイクアウト」を追加で飲食店を支援！
新型コロナの影響で飲食店はテイクアウトを提供する所が一気に増えました。とはいえ、それぞれのお店がテイクアウトをやっている、というのはなかなかわかりませんね。
お店を探す方法としてGoogleマップは検索ショートカットをこれまでのものから「テイクアウト」「デリバリー」に変更しています。が、その検索で確実にテイクアウトのお店が出ているのか、というとちょっと疑問でした。

こちらがGoogleマップのテイクアウトボタン。元々は「レストラン」「コンビニ」などのボタンだったのが「テイクアウト」「デリバリー」のボタンが追加されて一番目立つ位置にあります。
当然新型コロナで店舗営業が出来ない飲食店などはテイクアウトやデリバリーに切り替えて集客したいところですね。このテイクアウトやデリバリーでGoogleマップ上で掲載されるようにする方法がこちら。
飲食店が COVID-19（新型コロナウイルス感染症）の影響を受けている場合は、Google マイビジネス プロフィールを更新して、最も正確な情報を顧客に提供してください。更新した内容は、Google 検索と Google マップのビジネス プロフィール上で公開されます。
ん？Googleマイビジネスのプロフィール？確かにありますね。Googleマップ上に掲載されている店舗が自分のお店だったら認証をして自分のビジネスプロフィールに出来る機能。
ただ・・・店舗の電話でのコード読み上げか住所へのコード郵送での認証だったと思います。電話ならすぐできそうですが、登録されてなかったりすると・・・郵送になりますね。これって１ヶ月弱かかるんです。
それよりもなによりも、Googleマップを使ったこともないようなご年配の店主（ある意味偏見？）がやられているお店なんかは・・・ほぼほぼ難しいわけです。ちょっとハードルが高いので結局Googleマイビジネスのユーザー増に利用してるんじゃ・・・？と思えてしまう部分もあったり・・・。
Googleマップのテイクアウト検索結果を調べてみた
実際に「テイクアウト」ボタンでどんなふうに検索されるのかをチェックしてみました。検索結果がこちら。普通に文字列で「テイクアウト」で検索しているだけっぽいですね。
ところが、この1つめのお店などはイートイン・テイクアウト・宅配にチェックがついて表示されているので、これがおそらくGoogleマイビジネスで設定変更をした時の結果表示なんでしょう。
それ以外にも業種が「テイクアウト」になっているお店などもあったりして、そんなのマイビジネスにあったっけ・・・？と思いながら見ていましたが、ヒントが１つ。それがこちらの餃子の王将。
これを見るとどうやらクチコミの「テイクアウト」という文字列でも表示可能なよう。ということは・・・クチコミにテイクアウト可能だよ、と投稿してあげると検索結果で表示される可能性が・・・？
クチコミに「テイクアウト」を入れて投稿してみた
結構検証に時間がかかったのですが、実際にやってみました。近くのお店でテイクアウトをやっているところに「テイクアウトも可能」「テイクアウトを始められました」的なコメントを入れてみました。
業種的にはそもそもがお持ち帰り前提のベーカリーや和菓子屋さんなどで、これまではだれもテイクアウトといちいち書いてないような所も精査してやってみました。
結果・・・8割強のお店が数日後にテイクアウト検索で結果表示されて赤いピンが立つようになりました。
とはいえ残りの2割弱がどうしても出ない・・・・ので確実性には欠けるのか、何か見落としているファクターがあるのかわからないのですが、近くのお店でテイクアウトをスタートされていてGoogleマップに出てこない応援したいお店には口コミ投稿してあげるといいかも知れません。
追記
近くにどうしてもテイクアウトで出してあげたいお店があって、色々試していたのですが、やはりクチコミ追加で出せるようですね。クチコミの文章量が一定量ないと認識してくれませんが、ちゃんとボリュームのあるクチコミにするとテイクアウトで選択肢として出るようになりました。
