Apple Watchが破損してSuicaがまた消えた・・・盗難・破損には破損再発行登録が正解らしい。

やってしまいました・・・原因は不明ですがApple Watch Series 2のパネルが角の部分が割れました。それだけでもインパクト大なのですが・・・またSuicaが・・・使えない・・・。

Apple Watchのパネル割れでSuica救出不可能に

やってしまいました・・・昨日ふとApple Watchをみると変な亀裂が・・・ザラザラする・・・よく見てみるとパネルが割れてました。
どこかにぶつけたんでしょうか・・・？
初代Apple Watchから使っていてカバーなしでも傷もそんなにつかなかったので油断していました・・・。
割れはこんな感じ。

Apple Watchのロック解錠が不可能に

このApple Watchのパネル割れで困ったのが、タッチパネルが正常に反応しないのでロックが外せないんですね。
iPhoneからWatchアプリで色々コントロールしようと思っても、フローの中に「Apple Watch側のロックを解除して下さい」というのが入っているために結局進めず・・・ということで、前はApple WatchのSuica開始早々ロックを外してSuicaが消えました（退避されてた）が、今回はロック解除できずにSuicaが利用不可能に。

今回は・・・仕方がないので破損したApple Watchのペアリングを解除しました。これで壊れたApple Watchに登録していたSuicaがiCloudに退避されれば・・・と思ったのですが、されず。
チャージしてあるお金のことはさておき、新規の無記名Suicaで登録しようとトライしてみましたが、こちらも既に登録済Suicaがある場合は登録できませんでした。
記名式だと出来るかも・・・なのですが、今のモバイルSuicaと別アカウントをさらに登録すると面倒なので最後の手段に置いておきます。
また、機種変更から入るとモバイルSuicaアカウントの認証があるので「これは！」と思って入力してみましたが、これも「処理エラー　この操作は利用できません。」というエラーで進めず。

というか、よく考えればモバイルSuicaが入っているApple Watchが破損してペアリング解除された、というのが今回のような状況でSuica側で知りえる感じがしないので、これはSuica側のサイトで何かしなければ・・・？と思って調べると・・・どうやら再発行するのが筋のようです。

確かにここに「再発行登録」というメニューがありました！
さらに調べてみると・・・JR東日本のSuicaアプリのFAQに該当のQ&Aがありました！

質問は「カードを削除」した場合ですが、回答の中にSuicaがサーバに退避されるケースの記載があります。これによると・・・

・カード削除の操作
・iCloudからサインアウトしたとき
・パスコードをオフにしたとき
・Apple Watchの手首検出機能をオフにしたとき
・Apple Watchのペアリングを解除したとき
・端末をリセットしたとき等

これらの操作でSuicaはサーバに退避されるそうです。
注記に・・・「※「カードを削除」及びこれにつながる操作は、午前2～4時は行わないでください。」とな。
え。それってやっちゃうとどうなるんでしょうか・・・？気になるなぁ・・。

いずれにせよApple Watchのペアリング解除は正解だったようですね！
ということで・・・モバイルSuicaのサイトで再発行登録を手続きしました。Suicaの再発行登録は午前5時以降に反映されるそうなのですが・・・昨日日中にやってまだ駄目・・・。
あ。そう言えばモバイルSuicaのメールサーバって結構メールスパム扱いになるんだった・・。前にもそれでメールサーバ設定を変えた覚えが・・・。
そうそう。前は「@suicainternetservice.com」とかってドメインでやっててこれで弾かれてました。今回は「@mobilesuica.com」。こういうのコロコロ変えないで欲しい・・・。
ということで、とりあえずSuicaのメール再送待ちです。このメールが再発行登録の確認メールなんだろうなぁ・・・。としたら多分これでイケるはず・・・。

それまでSuicaが使えないのは面倒ですが、前に取得したBiccamera Suica Viewカードでとりあえずしのぎます。
その間こういうカードも入れれるiPhone7 Plusケースに変えようか・・・・？
