ソフトバンクグループが後発で出したキャッシュレス決済「PayPay」がすごいキャンペーンを仕込んできました。

12/4から！PayPay支払い分を2割還元！
ソフトバンクとヤフーが設立したキャッシュレス決済「PayPay（ペイペイ）」。
とりあえずインストールすると500円分チャージされる、という「500円プレゼント」の次は思い切ったカードを切って来ました。
12月4日より開始！ 100億円あげちゃうキャンペーン | PayPay株式会社
「100億円あげちゃう」、というのもハッタリ効きすぎですが、PayPay支払で使った分の20%金額相当をバックします、というキャンペーンのようです。
これって・・・つまりは2割引でモノを買ってるのと同じでは・・・？
まぁ注記を見る限りでは2割バックの方法は現金でも請求相殺でもなく（そのほうがメリットは高い）、「PayPayボーナス」という有効期限付のポイント的なもののようですが・・。
「PayPayボーナス：特典やキャンペーン等の適用に伴い、PayPay残高に進呈された金額」
と記載がありますね。有効期限は「残高が変動した日から2年」とあるので、最短2年ですかね？変動で、ということは使えば期限が伸びるのかな・・・？
そしてさらにブーストをかけるキャンペーンがあります。
Yahoo!プレミアム、ソフトバンクユーザーはさらにオトクに確変
キャンペーン期間中はPayPay支払の「40回に1回」の割合で全額（10万円相当まで）戻ってくる、そうです。これもPayPayボーナスみたいですけど。
それがYahoo!プレミアムユーザーなら「20回に1回」に当選？確率がアップ、
そしてソフトバンクユーザーかY!mobileでヤフーID連携済みなら「10回に1回」にさらにアップ。大確変。
いやー、別途内閣が「キャッシュレス決済、還元ポイントは5% 消費税増税で」とかすごく民業干渉的なことを消費税アップ対策として無茶振りしていますが、5%とかなんか目じゃないくらいの大盤振る舞い。

利得期待値を計算してみよう
さて、ちょっと冷静になってこのPayPayキャンペーンでどれくらいのオトクを期待していいのか計算してみましょう。
40回に1回全額バック
これは・・・ギャンブル要素高くて面白いですが、むかし航空券が100人に1人タダ、とか50人に1人タダ、というマーケティングと同じで実は全体でみると大した割引にはならないやつです。
1回100円使うとして、期間内に40回使うと合計は4,000円。
そのうち1回がタダになる、と考えると・・・
タダ分100円÷合計4,000円＝0.025、ということで2.5%。
4,000円売上で実収3,900円ですのでそんなもんです。
これがYahoo!プレミアム会員だと・・・
タダ分100円÷合計2,000円(20回)＝0.05、ということで5%。
ソフトバンク/Y!mobile連結会員だと・・・
タダ分100円÷合計1,000円(10回)＝0.1、ということで10%!!
やっぱただアプリ登録しただけだとだめですが、身内（グループサービスの）だと手厚いですね。けどそれって他でしっかり粗利取れてるから大丈夫、って話でもあるかなぁ。
とりあえずソフバンユーザーはヤフーと連携させてとっととPayPay使え、ってとこですね。
利用金額の2割PayPayボーナスバック
こっちが実はちょっとややこしめです。
上の例で1回100円、40回使って4,000円のケースで考えた場合ですが・・・
単純に1回80円で40回で3,200円、800円オトク、になるのかなぁ・・・？
なんとなくですがこんな感じになりそうな。
1.100円使ってPayPayボーナスが20円分バック。
2.次回100円利用が現金80円＋PayPayボーナス20円分の扱いで、80円の2割、16PayPayバック。
3.その次は現金84円＋16PayPayで16PayPayバック・・・あ、ここでループしますね。
ということは、
100+80+84*38=3,372円＝0.843、実質15%の割引になるのかなぁ・・・という予想をしています。
ま、損はしなそうなのでやっぱり使ったほうが良さげですね。
ファミリーマートがキャンペーン開始時には使えるようになってるそうなので行く人は必須じゃないでしょうか。
