新しいApple WatchのOS、WatchOS 7にアプデするとバッテリーの減りが早い・・・！

#WatchOS7 アプデでバッテリー消耗が激しい時の対処法。
新しいApple WatchのSeries 6とApple Watch SEが発表されましたが、そのApple WatchのOSもWatchOS 7にアップデートされました。早速アップデートしてみたのですが・・・バッテリー消耗が物凄く早い・・・。
まぁAppleのOSのメジャーアップデートでは恒例ともいえる現象なんですが、モノがApple Watchだと不便で仕方がないですね。僕もコンビニでApple WatchでのApple Pay決済がバッテリーが減りすぎて気まずい思いをしたりしました。
そもそも新OSのWatchOS 7には「バッテリー充電の最適化」とかって新機能が付いて、古い機種でもバッテリーの持ちがよくなる、という話だったのでは・・・？iOSでもアプデ後はSpotlightのインデックス更新だかなんかでしばらくバッテリーの持ちが悪くなったりしますが、今回のは本当にひどい感じでした。15分で5%とか減る勢いです。
みんなバッテリー持ちに疑問・・・？
WatchOS7のバッテリー消耗、なんてトピックはまだ公開直後で検索してもなさそうなので、Twitterでみんなの状況を見たら・・・やっぱり同じ症状の人は多いようでした。

WatchOS7アプデのバッテリー消耗の解決方法
そんな中見つけたのがこちらのツイート。
コンテンツ削除して、
ペアリングし直したら治った。
LINE使えない人多いみたいやけど、LINEも正常に使えてる。
センサーの問題はないから、反応させようとしてバッテリー消耗してたはず。

もともと別の不具合があったようですが、解決方法っぽいのが提示されているツイートはこれくらいしか見つからなかったので、僕のもえいやっとペアリング解除してみました。 WatchOSは直前の設定がバックアップされていれば、ペアリング解除・復旧に時間がかかるだけで元の状態に戻すことはできます。
途中AppleWatchに設定していたSuicaがどっか行っちゃったりとか若干のトラブルはありますたが、ペアリングしなおしで明らかにバッテリー消費が止まりました。
WatchOS7にアプデするとバッテリー消費が物凄く上がる問題、Apple Watchをペアリングし直すと改善するっぽい。

睡眠のモニタリングをApple Watchでやっているので、めちゃくちゃ速いペースでバッテリー消費されても困るのですが、寝る前になんとなく解決できたようでよかったです。
朝起きてみたらバッテリーの減りも2%くらいで、以前よりもいいかも？と思えるくらいの消費ペース。
とりあえずペアリング解除＝再ペアリングで結構うまくいくようです。
別途、WatchOS7になってからだと思いますが、ワークアウトで記録される移動経路、地図ですね、あれが全く記録されず出発地点のままで終わってしまう、という問題が別にありますが、こちらは解決方法わかったらまたエントリにしますー。
