破損したApple WatchのSuica、やっと復旧できました。

Apple Watchが壊れてから、なかなか復旧できなかったApple WatchでのSuica利用ですが、なんとか今日戻せました。

Apple PayのSuica復旧の切り札は「退会」

これまでの流れですが、
Apple Watchのタッチパネルが破損
↓
ロック解除のパスコードが入力できない
↓
仕方なくペアリング解除
↓
iPhone紛失・破損の場合の正しい対応であることが分かる
↓
モバイルSuicaのサイトで「再発行登録」
↓
いつまでたっても再発行されない
↓
メールが届かないせい
↓
仕方が無いので退会してみる
↓
そして今朝。

無事無記名Suicaを作成できました！この後記名Suicaに切り替えました。

ApplePay(iPhone7/AppleWatch)とSuicaで分かったこと

紆余曲折ありましたが、SuicaとApplePay周りで分かったことをまとめてみます。

AppleWatchはペアリング解除でカードは退避される

Apple Watchが破損して操作できなくなってもペアリング解除すればSuicaのデータはiCloudに退避されるようです。

モバイルSuicaのコールセンターはホント繋がらない

コールセンターの番号はいくつかありますが、どれもホントつながりませんでした。
まぁiPhone自体がこんな風にスパムリダイヤルできるから余計に繋がらないと思うのですが。

モバイルSuicaのiPhone専用サポートは絶賛話し中。iPhoneでコレだけ連続発信できたら、そりゃ繋がらないでしょ #suica #サポセン #applewatch #freesimtokyo #番号はサポートです

Suicaを退会すると全てリセットされ、同じメールアドレスで再登録可能

メールさえ届けば再発行登録で全て解決すると思いますが、それでもだめな場合、午前4時に払戻金額を確定させて退会処理されます。
その後同じ個人情報・メールアドレス（とパスワード）で再登録可能。

ちなみにモバイルSuicaの退会処理時に払い戻しの口座情報を入力するところがあります。ここで口座指定すると払戻金額が振り込まれるとのこと。

コールセンターは当てにならないので、Suicaが消えてにっちもさっちも行かなくなったらまずは手元側のペアリング解除やカード削除をしてiCloudに退避して、その上でモバイルSuicaサイト側で退会すると全てリセットされます。その上で再度登録し直す事が可能、ということです。

定期券の場合は・・・？

僕は使ってないですがモバイルSuicaの定期を使っている場合は、可能な限り再発行登録で復旧出来るのがベストでしょう。前に登録した定期がそのまま戻ってくるので。
それでも僕みたいに駄目になった場合は・・退会すると定期券の残分が払い戻しされるようです。

手続きは携帯情報端末からの操作で行うことができ、携帯情報端末の中にある有効な定期券・Suicaグリーン券・SF（電子マネー）の払いもどし処理も同時に行われます。ただし、モバイルSuica特急券を購入されている場合は、退会手続きの前にモバイルSuica特急券の払いもどし処理を行ってください。払いもどし額のうち、定期券・Suicaグリーン券分は登録済のクレジットカードの口座へ、SF（電子マネー）分は退会手続き時にご指定いただく金融機関口座へ、それぞれ返金します。

ということなので、モバイルSuicaの定期券がApplePayから消えちゃった！という場合でも、全く戻せないわけではなく、一旦払い戻しをしてから再度購入する、というフローで復旧可能だと思います。
