学生のうちにクレジットカードを持つべきか？

今年大学一年生になった人に、大学教員が心から伝えたいことがあります！学生のうちにクレジットカードを作ってください！卒業後、フリーランスとか自営業者とかになると作りにくくなります。あと、必ずパソコンを買ってください。PCが使えないと授業とか就活とかいろいろ困ります。

@Cristoforou @aua00 クレジットカード会社もVISAとかMASTERとかメジャーなのがいいです。国内で使えても海外ではアウトなものがある場合がありますので。

@Cristoforou クレカで購入したものは保険が付いてくるけど、現金は保険無し。例えばLCCのフライトがキャンセルになった時カードが補填してくれてフルサービスで飛べた。UberとかAirbnbは現金決済ないから全てカードだし、カードならなにかあっても即返金可で安心。

@Cristoforou @maki_seaside 学生のうちが発行されやすいのは本当です。あと社会人になったら…だと入社してすぐに会社に在籍確認をさせて頂くことがあるので気まずくなることも予想されます。ただ学生のうちは一度ご両親にご相談ください。成人済み本人の意向による入会でもご両親からのクレームを頂くことがあります苦笑

俺がマンション買う時、別の人で住宅ローン審査通らなかった人が居たんだが理由は「現金主義でクレカ作った事ないので信用情報が無い」というものだった。

総括すると「作る必要ない派」の論旨としては、
- 必要ない
- 自己破産や延滞のリスクがー
- リボ払いやキャッシングが駄目
- 不正利用されたらどうするの
みたいな感じかなぁ・・・。僕は昔ある人に「与信枠は持てるだけ持っとけ」と言われたことがあるので、カードは機会があってコスト（年会費とか）が問題なければ作ります。まぁあまり作りすぎると不正利用されても気づかないリスクもありますが・・・。けどまんまん万が一大金を現金ですぐに用意しなきゃ、という時にキャッシング含めて枠はあったほうがいいんだろうなぁ、と思っています。
あと「必要ない派」の理由のほとんどが「ご利用は計画的に」でなんとかなる話なので作らない理由は無いですよね・・・。ローン与信などでクレジットカードの支払い履歴、クレジットヒストリー（クレヒス）が重要、というのは確かに実感あります。今後Apple WatchのSuica利用でもっとカード利用率が上がるなぁ・・・。

そう、使っとかないとこういう審査の時に信用情報をチェックする所がないんですよね・・・。信用情報は貸し倒れリスクがあるかないかを判断するわけで、加点方式ではなくて減点方式。「ちゃんと払ってる」が当たり前、「遅延したことがある」だとマイナス、「記録がない」とわからないのでリスク取れない、という判断になると思います。さらに穿った見方をすれば・・。
「カードは持たない主義です」なんて発言、まったく信用してもらえません。

としか判断してもらえないんで、割と辛いんだよね。

公共料金の支払いなどに使えばいいと思います。今も請求書で払えてるなら払えるはず。ポイントもつきます。カード会社的に定期的に手数料が発生するから欲しい支払い。
@Cristoforou @junko_hirose ホント日常使ってる様々なサービスがオンラインで申し込みオンラインでクレジットカード決済。カードないと生活成り立たない。うちではポイント貯めるために公共料金関連もクレジットカード払い。毎月全額払ってるから利息は全く払わずポイント還元のメリット分だけ金銭的にもお得だし。

たまに「今月払わないとガス止まるー」とかって人いますけど、あれってどっちみち払うんだから2ヶ月遅らせる意味って本来ないんですよね。債務を先送りしてるだけで。だったらさっさとカードで払っちゃったほうがポイントがつく（＝ちょっとだけ割引になる）しクレヒスはつくしでいいことしか無い。
ちなみに・・・よく自己破産などのやり玉にあがる「リボ払い」ですが・・・。僕は支払額を月100万とかに設定してリボ払いにしています。
リボ払いは月々決めた金額を利用残高から支払っていくのですが、このやり方だと上限に達しないので1回払いしてるのと基本変わりません。
そして・・使ってるカード会社だとリボ払いはポイントが2倍！
ということで、普通に1回払いしながらポイントは倍付けになってオトクですｗ
