ギガジンで紹介されていた無料で写真から人物ヌキができるツールサイトRemove.bgが便利そうなので色々意地悪をしてみました。

めちゃくちゃ使えるRemove.bg
人物の背景からのヌキって結構大変ですよね・・・。ある意味特定業種のデザイナーさんだと職人芸みたいなところもありますが、AIやらの進歩で秒殺でしかも無料でできるようになりました。

ドメインもいいですよね・・・.bgなんてあったんだ・・・。
素材サイトのPhoto ACから時節柄クリスマス前なので、サンタで出てきた素材画像を使ってその機能のほどを試してみました。
Remove.bgの人物ヌキテスト
Remove.bgはシングルページのインターフェイスで使い方は超簡単。中央グリーンの「Select a photo」でローカルの画像をアップロードするか、「enter URL」でURL指定してダイアログに画像URLをコピペすると処理が始まります。
簡単なサンタ女性
まずは優しめで簡単そうなこういうサンタコスの女性から。
輪郭もはっきりしてるしバックはちゃんとベージュで服の白と分かれているのでこれはやりやすいと思います。
アップロードするとあっというまに変換結果が表示されて・・・ダウンロードボタンからDL可能。というか、トリミングまでちゃんとやってくれるんですね。
画像はすべて薄グレーのborderと、グレー背景をcss指定しているので切り取った画像のエッジ部分も見えやすいと思います。
スゴイですね・・・。数秒でここまでできました。
マジサンタ
次はおじいさんのサンタコス・・・ではなくて、マジサンタですね。これは背景が入り組んでるのでちょっと難易度高いじゃないかな・・・？
とおもいきや・・・いけました。右下のプレゼントのところがちょっと残念な感じですが、Remove.bg通してから気づいたくらいなのでかなり精度高い。
クリスマスツリー前の女の子
では次はこちらで・・・クリスマスツリーの前に立っている笑顔の女の子。背景ボケボケなのでかなーり難易度高いのでは・・・？
どうだ・・！？と思ったらあっさり完了。
やはり髪の毛やリボン回りの境界線は難しい感じだったようですが、まぁここまでの完成度ならもう後はマニュアルでやってもイケル感じですね。こりゃ楽できるわ・・。
雪の中の金髪少女
次はこれはどうだ・・・？ということで、選んだのがこの金髪少女が雪の中こちらを振り返っている画像。これもなかなか・・・
と思ったのですが・・・なんか余裕余裕、って感じで処理されました。
余裕であります。背中あたりは背景と混ざってる感じだったので厳しいかなぁ・・と思ったのですが。
クリスマスで浮かれているパリピグループ
では今度は複数人数でやってみたらどうだろう・・・？ということでこちらの画像を選択しました。もうなんだかよくわからない感じですが・・。
あれ？おや？
切れてるには切れてるんですが、右半分の人たちはトリミングされたようです。これは人と認識されなかったのか、面倒くさくなったのか・・・まぁ、切れてる部分を見るとパリピの割にはそこそこの出来栄え。
おじいさん再度登場
最初のほうにやったサンタおじいさんが孫？か誰かとのツーショットになっているもので試しました。これくらいの画像だと抜く可能性はあるかなぁ、と思うので。
ん？おや・・・？
意外にも子供さんは抜けましたがおじいさんは背景と化したようです。この手の画像はちょっと苦手なのかもしれません。
番外編
番外編として、目鼻口があるオブジェとかだとどうだろう？というのも試してみました。すると・・？
基本的に人物でないとダメなようですね。念のために今度はサンタコスワンワンも。
だめでした。
ということで、AIで人物かどうかをまず認識して、そこから人物ヌキにかかっているような感触を受けました。いずれにせよ、これで結構助かる人たちは多そうです。すごい時代になってきましたね・・・。
