予約した飛行機って直前になるまでゲートがわからない事が多いのですが、予め調べる方法がこちら。

搭乗予定フライトの発着ゲートを予め調べる方法
飛行機に乗る前に予めわかっているとtちょっと便利なのが予約フライトの搭乗ターミナルと搭乗ゲート。
国内の空港なら特に問題はないと思いますが、海外の空港だとゲートの番号次第ではすごく遠くまで行かないと搭乗ゲートにたどり着けないことも。
またお店やラウンジなどの場所を指し示すときに「何番ゲートの近く」と言ったりしますが、それが自分のフライトの搭乗ゲートに近いのか遠いのかで時間の使い方も変わりますよね。
基本的に搭乗ゲートはフライトの数時間前に決定することが多いのですが、大体どのあたりになりそうかを調べられる方法があります。
便名をGoogleで検索するとフライト情報が見れる
Googleの検索で便名、フライトナンバーを入力するとそのフライトの情報を見ることができます。
先々行くエアアジアのプーケット＝香港便で検索してみました。フライトはエアアジアのFD524。Googleの検索で「fd524」と検索するとちゃんとタイ・エアアジアのフライト情報が表示されます。この時点で今日のHKT=HKG便はプーケット空港の81番が搭乗ゲートの予定だとわかりますね。
もちろんこの情報はリアルタイムで更新されるので、当日に検索してフライトの状況、遅延してないか、搭乗ゲートは何番ゲートなのか、などを調べることも可能です。Google Tripsでも登録しておくと同様の情報は確認できます。
経験的にはこの情報は外部サイトと連携を取っているので若干情報が遅れます。またよくある直前の搭乗ゲート変更は反映されないことが多いので、当日利用の場合は参考程度に見るほうがいいでしょう。
さて、今日の搭乗ゲート予定はわかりましたが、香港国際空港側のゲートは何番なんだろう？という時は、その前の日程のフライトに切り替えてみます。上の日付から昨日の日付を選択すると日付が変わります。
昨日のフライトは香港国際空港の209番ゲートに到着したことがわかりました。同時に定刻15:25のフライトですが、実際に出発したのは17分遅れの15:42だったこともわかりますね。
香港発のフライトを検索する
今度はその後に乗る香港＝成田のフライトを見てみます。というのも、香港国際空港ってターミナルによっては電車に乗って移動するくらい遠いゲートがあるので・・・。
まぁ香港エクスプレス利用の時点で遠いのはほぼ確定しているのですが・・・。検索して昨日のフライトを見てみた結果がこちら。
一日戻してみてもゲートの情報がありませんね・・・。もっと前の日程ならわかるかも知れませんので、検索結果に出ているサイトに移動します。
下のサイトはこちらでした。FlightAwareというようです。
下にスクロールするとこのUO650のフライト履歴がかなり前まで遡れるようになっていました。出発はそんなに遅れが出てないですね。
とりあえず黄色にハイライトされていた2月15日のフライトをチェックしてみました。この日は1時間遅れたんですね・・・。ゲートを見てみると211番ゲート。やっぱり200番台かぁ・・・。
香港国際空港の200番台ゲートとは？
ご存知の方も多いと思いますが、香港国際空港のターミナル2の200番台ゲートはミッドフィルドコンコースという場所にあって、地続きになってなくて電車で移動する必要があります。

こんな風な空港レイアウトの左側・・・。
ここです。下に電車が見えてますね。
200番台が確定した時点で、お買い物はちょっと早めに切り上げてミッドフィルドコンコースに移動しよう、という見通しが立ちました。
