UberEatsの評価方法がアップデート
Uber EatsやUberの仕組みのキモの1つにサービスを提供する側と受ける側の相互の評価、レーティングがあります。Uber Eatsのレーティングの方法が先週末アップデートされていました。
Uber Eatsは配達員に厳しい評価システム？
レーティングはAmazonや楽天でもありますが、これは基本的に購入者が購入したモノや業者を評価する、という一方通行の評価システムです。なのでレビューを書くとサービスします、だったり、レビューの偽装だったり色々問題になりやすい仕組みではあります。
それに対してサービス提供側と受領側が相互に評価する、という相互評価は古くはヤフオクなどでも出品者と落札者という形で提供されていました。これもこれで揉めたりとかありましたが・・・。
基本的にネットでの相互評価のレーティングは、評価する側される側どちらもアカウントが簡単に作れない事＝そのアカウントを大事にせざるを得ないことが重要だったりします。その点、メールアドレスでアカウントが作れるヤフオクなどはメールアドレス認証だったのでアカウントを捨てるのが比較的簡単です。
UberやUber Eatsの場合、サービス提供側、利用側どちらもスマホの電話番号認証なのでその点使い捨てがし辛くなっています。また提供側は配車や配達の手数料もそのアカウントを通じて入ってくるので大事にせざるを得ません。
利用者側はUberは自分の写真の下に星でレーティングで表示されています。つまりUberは乗る側も評価されるようになっています。僕のアカウントは4.90でした。多分・・・前に香港でUber呼んだときに、高架の上下で巡り会えなかったドライバーがいて、その人に悪い評価つけられたのでちょっと欠けてるんだとｗ
さて、Uber Eatsですが・・・相互評価はなんと、店舗から配達員と利用者から配達員＋利用者からお店、という3者評価ながら利用者への評価がない状態なんですね。その代わりに配達員の方は店舗と利用者両方から評価される、という形のようです。配達員の方のブログやTwitterを見てみるとそんな感じでした。これは配達員の方はストレスたまりますね・・・。
さて、新しく追加された機能はこちら。配達後の評価の所がこれまでは星かサムズアップ/ダウンだけだったのが、Uberと同じように「良かった点」のリストが出てくるようになっています。先日のKFCの注文はこんなふうに表示されました。
配達員の評価
これまでのサムズアップ/ダウンでGOODかBADかの判定は変わりませんが、
- 円滑なコミュニケーション
- 配達が丁寧だった
- 親切なサービス
- 迅速で効率的
- スムーズな受け渡し
と良かった点を選択できるようになりました。
店舗の評価
これは・・・前はサムズアップ/ダウンだったと思ったのですが、5つ星レーティングに変わりました。
また配達員同様
- 金額に見合うサービス
- 注文に関するメモに従っていた
- スピーディーで信頼できる
- 料理が美味しい
- 環境に配慮した包装だった
- 包装が適切だった
という選択肢が出るように。
メニューの評価
オーダーしたメニューへの評価も選択肢が出るように。
- 盛り付けが丁寧だった
- 新鮮だった
- 美味しかった
- 最適な温度だった
- 満足できる量だった
となっています。これ、1つ1つオーダーしたメニューに対してなのでちょっと面倒です。例えばペットボトルの爽健美茶とかオーダーしてもこれ出ると思いますが・・・どれを選べと・・ｗ
そこよりもチップとか配達員から利用者のレーティングとか整備してあげてほしい・・・。
